Please take note, we only offer ONE shipping option. All packages are sent by registered mail and take approx. 10 to 21 business days to arrive. All packages are sent from Mexico directly to you and signatures are required upon delivery. If no one is at home at the time of delivery then you will receive a notice from your local postal office that you have a package waiting to be picked up. All packages pass thru customs if the destination is within the United States and we are not able to ship by Fed Ex, UPS or any other means of express delivery. Shipping is always $9 for US & Cananda and $12.00 for International orders, regardless of quantities ordered. What is your refund policy?
