For your safety, all packages are sent via registered mail only and require your signature.
Our shipping charge is only $9 and $12 USD for international orders regardless of the number of items you purchase.
Allow 10 to 21 business days for shipping. Because all orders are shipped via registered mail from Mexico, we are not able to expedite your order. We cannot do overnight shipping, and we do not offer rush-order service.
If we send you a product and you wish to return it, you may return it for a full refund provided that it is in its original container and the packaging has not been opened. Simply send it to the return address in Mexico listed on the package.
We will gladly refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) on any unopened products returned to us within 45 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued immediately following receipt of the returned package.
All returns require an RMA issued by email upon request. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All orders returned to our offices as refused delivery, unclaimed or cancelled before receipt of goods, customer is responsible for shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
If an item is mis-ordered or ordered in error, it must be returned to our offices.
Due to our policy of same day order processing, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
