Delivery Information

MyMexicanDrugStore affirms that the health of our customer is our first priority and for that we provide the best quality medications as we are Registered and Licensed Pharmacy.

We never compromise over our customers’ privacy and for that we use the payment methods in which your bank account doesn’t charge directly from our pharmacy and due to which your medical needs remain private and secure.

Currently we offer the following shipping methods:

·         Regular Shipping

·         Express shipping (automated). for faster service with a little extra charge.

Please contact our customer care department ASAP. We will do our best to satisfy our customers.

Please bear in mind that the delivery can take a little longer because of the possible delays at customs, specially during COVID 19. There we ask you to be patient. Practically all our customers receive their packages. Please contact our customer care team if the package is not delivered to you in order to proceed according to our terms and conditions.

Packages usually take from 10 to 21 business days (18 to 25 days) to deliver (it could vary depending on the destiny Country/City, and the postal service efficiency to ship order to its destiny).

NOTE: We do not deliver to CANADA.

As per your request, we will gladly provide you the tracking number we get once we ship your order, you must note that tracking numbers may vary from one country to another.

For your safety, all packages are sent via registered mail only and require your signature when received.

Our shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of the order and the postal zone where it is going to.

NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THAT IF USING CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, YOU MAY FIND A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN THE AMOUNT CHARGED ON YOUR CARD DUE TO THE FACT THAT ALL CHARGES ARE MADE IN MEXICAN PESOS CURRENCY AND THE EXCHANGE RATE CHANGES DAILY.

Returns: If we send you a product and you wish to return it, you may return it for full refund or a replacement, providing that it comes in its original container and the packaging has not been opened. Simply send it to the return address in Mexico listed on the package and as soon as we receive back your order we will reship or refund. Refunds are issued with-in 72 hours following reception of the returned package no more and no less than for the total amount paid for the order placed and requested minus shipping fees.

We would appreciate your understanding about our requirement of having your ID with Photo when your orders are above US$250 (no Shipping included).  This measure is to obey fraud prevention.
